Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with global stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
• Independently manage tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Plan validate and execute release deployments with precision and reliability.
• Set up and manage observability platforms using Prometheus Grafana ELK and Kibana for system and application monitoring.
• Develop and implement robust alerting mechanisms for applications databases and infrastructure components.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters in production environments including upgrades compatibility checks for Ingress DNS and network agents.
• Integrate Terraform Enterprise (TFE) for VM provisioning and load balancer configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-complexity issues within defined SLAs; conduct post-mortems and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in architecture discussions to ensure alignment with operational excellence and disaster recovery strategies.
• Share knowledge of new technologies and take ownership of technically challenging projects.
• Participate in a rotational 24x7 support model.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application support deployment and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and ITSM tools: Jenkins (CI/CD) Git JSM ServiceNow Salesforce ELK Kibana MongoDB Grafana Prometheus.
• Proven experience managing multiple Kubernetes clusters in public/private cloud environments including cluster upgrades and compatibility validation.
• Strong understanding of network architecture: routers switches load balancers firewalls VPN.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL/PLSQL Linux MySQL SQL Server and Windows OS with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience with document-based databases like MongoDB is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline setup using Harness and GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.
• Ability to develop automation scripts using Shell Ansible or Python.
• Self-motivated detail-oriented and capable of managing projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and incident management skills.
