Carolina Outreach is seeking a Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team Leadfor the overall clinical and administrative supervision of the FACT team ensuring high-quality evidence-based services for individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders who are involved in the criminal justice system

As a Forensic ACT Team Lead you will provide leadership service coordination staff supervision and legal system collaboration to support the successful reintegration of justice-invovled individuals into the community. The Team Lead ensures adherence to forensic treatment best practices while working closely with law enforcement courts probation/parole officers and other stakeholders.

Position Highlights:

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the FACT team ensuring adherence to forensic mental health standards and model fidelity.

• Oversee the development and implementation of person-centered treatment plans that integrate behavioral health and legal system requirements.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the FACT team and criminal justice partners including courts probation/parole and correctional agencies.

• Conduct and oversee forensic risk assessments diversion planning and reentry coordination to support justice-involved individuals.

• Lead multidisciplinary team meetings providing clinical guidance case consultation and staff training in evidence-based forensic practices.

Compensation:$70000.00

• Education:
  • Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or a related field required.
• Certification / Licensure Requirements:
  • Active clinical license (LCSW LCMHC LMFT or equivalent required.
  • Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • CPR/First Aid certification required.
  • Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation required.
• Experience / Knowledge Requirements:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in community mental health forensic mental health or criminal justices-related services required.
