Carolina Outreach is seeking a Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Team Leadfor the overall clinical and administrative supervision of the FACT team ensuring high-quality evidence-based services for individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders who are involved in the criminal justice system

As a Forensic ACT Team Lead you will provide leadership service coordination staff supervision and legal system collaboration to support the successful reintegration of justice-invovled individuals into the community. The Team Lead ensures adherence to forensic treatment best practices while working closely with law enforcement courts probation/parole officers and other stakeholders.
Position Highlights:
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the FACT team ensuring adherence to forensic mental health standards and model fidelity.
Oversee the development and implementation of person-centered treatment plans that integrate behavioral health and legal system requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison between the FACT team and criminal justice partners including courts probation/parole and correctional agencies.
Conduct and oversee forensic risk assessments diversion planning and reentry coordination to support justice-involved individuals.
Lead multidisciplinary team meetings providing clinical guidance case consultation and staff training in evidence-based forensic practices.
