What is our opportunity
Your role will be to empower individuals to achieve sustainable will achieve this by meeting specific targets providing tailored guidance/coaching job placement and ongoing support to your client the unique employment needs of your clients and collaborating with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity is a key driver of success in this must be able to balance empathy dignity and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.
Who are you
Skills and experience we are looking for include:
- Experience in a similar role within Employment Services (highly advantageous)
- Demonstrated experience in customer service sales contact centre or recruitment (this will set you up for success)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and adaptability (no two days are the same!)
- Attention to detail and skills in administration and use of IT systems
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
