The role

  • Full Time Continuing (part time / job share arrangements negotiable)
  • Level 7 - $101421 to $110819 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Any Charles Sturt Rural Clinical School locations (Central Tablelands Central West Hastings Macleay Mallee Murray Murrumbidgee Northern Rivers Orange or Riverina)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Clinical School Services Officer to lead the operational and strategic delivery of clinical school services across rural NSW and VIC. This pivotal role supports the Rural Generalist Program ensuring high-quality student experiences stakeholder engagement and compliance with university and funding regulations.

Youll lead a team of Clinical School Services Officers collaborate with medical professionals academics and community stakeholders and play a key role in shaping the future of rural health education.

About you

  • Proven leadership in student-focused agile teams
  • Strong project management and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication abilities
  • Experience in higher education or medical school (desirable)
  • Ability to travel and hold a valid Working with Children Check
