Want to join our Team We are currently looking for a dedicated Clinical Team Support member to join our triage team. The Clinical Team Support (CTS) is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Clinical Managers and their clinical teams and to assist in the coordination of seamless delivery of patient CTS is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Certified Nursing Assistants schedule and additionally provide front-line phone support for all calls coming into Hospice of the Chesapeake.
Office Location: Pasadena MD
Coverage Area: Anne Arundel County
Status: Full-time Dayshift Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm with hybrid ability.
Salary: $22.00/hour
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist Clinical Manager with compiling and/or producing reports in an accurate efficient effective and timely manner. Maintains computerized andhard copy files for the Clinical Manager as requested.
- Makes receives and relays calls and messages in an efficient manner and assures appropriate follow-up to calls as required.
- Frequently checks voice mail and email and keeps department staff apprised of urgent requests and situations.
- Processes and distributes all mail and fax traffic.
- Explains hospice services to callers as needed.
- Completes all job functions as per department and organization policies and procedures.
- Attends mandatory in-services and/or meetings or makes arrangements with the appropriate supervisor for satisfactory compliance.
- Performs many other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Your Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Drivers License is required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a customer-service related position. Experience in a non-profit health care setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills to include but not limited to Microsoft Office and Outlook. Knowledge of AllScripts a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to details deadlines and accuracy.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and concurrence with the hospice philosophy.
