We are seeking a highly motivated LVN or RN to join our rural hospital district in Canadian Texas. As a member of our healthcare team you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills to provide exceptional care to patients of all ages. From triaging and administering medication to providing wound care and educating patients youll use your nursing skills to provide top-notch care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing. (Bachelors degree preferred)

ActiveLicensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Texas.

One Year of experience in Direct Patient Care in a hospital setting required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Current BLS ACLS PALS and TNCC certifications required or ability to obtain at hire.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

Minimum

High School Diploma

Registered nurse (RN) with appropriate state license or compact licensure with multistate privileges.

Must possess a National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN).

Completion of an accredited associate or bachelors degree in nursing or a diploma in nursing.

Preferred

Work Experience

Minimum

Experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred

Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute or emergency care environment.

Licenses & Certifications

Minimum

  • Registered nurse (RN) with appropriate state license or compact licensure with multistate privileges.
  • Must possess a National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN).
  • Completion of an accredited Associates or Bachelors degree in nursing or a diploma in nursing.
  • Obtain and maintain as a condition of employment current certifications for BLS ACLS and PALS within 3 months of hire.
  • Obtain and maintain as a condition of employment current certifications for TNCC within 6 months of hire.
