NOTE: These positions will start as 8-hour shifts and then transition to the 12-hour shifts in 2026.
Primary Responsibilities:
Actively participate in stopping and correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors
Demonstrate daily evidence of continuous improvement efforts of 5S and autonomous maintenance.
Treat quality as a key pillar of our success by always doing the right thing for our customers.
Solving problems daily by working together as an engaged team member.
Receive incoming goods.
Maintains inventory by identifying labeling and placing materials and supplies in stock and records location of the inventory.
Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections and making operator repairs.
Help in the relief of breaks as needed.
Maintain records and documentation.
Other projects and tasks assigned.
Experience:
Ability to work independently.
Ability to be certified to operate a forklift.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Sound communication skills and excellent problem-solving ability.
Possess skills required to improvise and adapt where needed.
