Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Tech Lead to architect design and deliver enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership capabilities deep expertise in ecosystem and the ability to guide teams while remaining hands-on with development and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain scalable secure and high-performing web applications using MVC and WebAPI.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into robust technical solutions.
Write clean maintainable and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
Lead troubleshooting efforts perform root-cause analysis and optimize application performance across the full stack.
Develop and maintain SQL Server objects including schemas complex queries and stored procedures.
Conduct code reviews mentor junior developers and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Implement and enforce security best practices ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
Research evaluate and adopt emerging tools frameworks and technologies relevant to ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Expert-level proficiency in:
- .NET Framework / .NET Core
- C#
- MVC
- WebAPI
- SQL Server (complex queries stored procedures performance tuning)
Strong frontend knowledge: JavaScript jQuery HTML5 CSS3.
Experience with Entity Framework LINQ and RESTful services.
Hands-on experience with version control tools such as Git or TFS.
Excellent analytical debugging and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and drive technical decisions.
