Job Summary
Join our forward-thinking Technology division as a Technology Change & Communications Lead where youll lead strategic communications and change enablement across a portfolio of impactful IT projects.

What youll do:
Develop and deliver communication strategies for major IT initiatives.
Lead change enablement to support adoption of new systems tools and processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging with project milestones.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops briefings and feedback loops.
Monitor adoption and continuously improve communication effectiveness.
What youll bring:
Proven experience in IT communications change management or project delivery.
Strong storytelling skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities.
