- Master the trends in the construction industry competitors activities and analyze customer needs to formulate dynamic sales strategies. Familiarity with high-end manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Possess pipeline in the factory category able to proactively expand new customers based on business direction formulate work plans according to sales targets cooperate with direct sales and product sales to complete annual sales quota.
- Promote collaborative sales across SBGs including solution integration sales lead sharing etc. Leading cross-departmental joint sales and accelerating GTM.
- Promote ecosystem strategy define internal & external eco partnersimplement cooperation to expand offering and to accelerate growth.
QualificationsRequirements:
- Bachelors degree or above 3 years or more relevant work experience in the industrial vertical familiar with industry players.
- Continuously expand and explore innovative cooperation methods. Have excellent communication skills logical thinking ability strong sense of responsibility excellent team cooperation awareness and good horizontal collaborative operation ability;
- Have strong learning ability be good at systematic thinking and using innovative thinking to solve problems;
- Have good resilience and are willing to accept challenges.
