Responsibilities
- Support project coordination by tracking milestones deliverables and progress updates.
- Assist with documentation reports and internal communications.
- Help organize meetings capture action items and follow up on key tasks.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with engineers project managers and other teams to streamline operations.
- Provide support for team activities and onboarding of new members.
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Project Management Operations Communications or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in technology or the gaming industry no coding required!
- Comfortable using Google Workspace Excel/Sheets and project management tools (JiraConfluence).
- Detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong initiative.
