Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and execute engineering projects within the Industrial Automation business unit
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
Develop project plans schedules and budgets
Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members
Conduct project reviews and communicate project status to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering or a related role
Strong project management skills including the ability to develop project plans manage resources and track progress
Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Strong problem-solving and thoughtful skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
WE VALUE
Experience in DCS Control System
Masters degree in Engineering or a related field
Project management certification (e.g. PMP)
Experience in the Industrial Automation industry
Knowledge of industrial control systems and automation technologies
Strong decision-making skills
Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements
