Freelance IT Recruiter

Remote Work from Anywhere

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals to work as freelance recruiters on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Source and identify qualified candidates for IT roles using a variety of methods including online job boards social media and networking
Screen candidates and assess their skills and experience.
Conduct initial interviews with candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
Assist with the offer process and onboarding of new hires

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience in IT Technology Recruitment
Strong understanding of the IT industry and the skills and qualifications required for various IT roles
Ability to meet deadlines
