Job Summary
As an Advanced Mfg Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell you will oversee and manage advanced manufacturing operations ensuring efficiency quality and productivity. You will be responsible for implementing advanced manufacturing technologies driving process improvements and leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage advanced manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency quality and productivity
- Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and processes to optimize production
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement manufacturing strategies
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of manufacturing professionals
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
- Proven experience in advanced manufacturing process optimization and lean manufacturing principles
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies such as automation robotics and additive manufacturing
WE VALUE
- Advanced degrees in Engineering such as EE (Electrical Engineering) ME (Mechanical Engineering)
- Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
