Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy key GDM solutions SFDC Field Service system CoraPPM CPQ ServiceNow EAM
• Implement Quote to Cash for onboarding Software offering and subscription management
• 5 experience in deploying SAP CRM Ecommerce systems
• Lead a high performing team of IT professionals providing direction and guidance in optimizing IT systems and operations
• Develop and drive IT strategies including budgeting and resource allocation to support business objectives and enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define the technology roadmap and ensure IT initiatives align with the companys strategic goals
• Oversee the implementation of IT governance and compliance measures data security and regulatory adherence
• Spearhead the assessment and adoption of emerging technologies to enhance operational excellence and innovation
• Define and lead the implementation of an overarching IT strategy that supports business growth and innovation
• Manage cross functional teams to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with strategic objectives

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• 15 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles including people management.
• Experience in deploying SFDC Field Service system CoraPPM SAP CPQ ServiceNow EAM
• Proven track record of managing IT teams and budgets effectively.
• Experience in implementing large scale e-commerce and ERP systems
• Ability to work across cross functional leadership team and champion technology change management and digital transformation
• Experience in software development lifecycle management
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills.
• A history of driving technology projects to successful completion.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in relevant industries.
