Job Description

Gilsbar is looking for a Help Desk Technician I to join our growing IT team and provide exceptional technical support to our this role you will work closely with our Managed Service Provider to ensure that all users receive timely efficient and high-quality IT support.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving learning new technologies and helping others navigate their technical challenges. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a smooth day-to-day IT experience while gaining valuable knowledge in a collaborative environment.

Job Duties:

  • Work as the first point of contact with our IT Managed Service Provider.
  • Assist with user account management and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support ticketing requests solutions and system configurations.
  • Support IT projects system upgrades and maintenance tasks as directed by IT leadership.
  • Help monitor system performance and proactively identify areas of improvement.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Office 365 and basic networking concepts.
  • Strong communication organizational and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both internal users and external Managed Service Provider team.
