Investor Relationsis the primary interface between Honeywell and the investment community responsible for communicating the Companys strategy financial results and supporting itsvaluation while establishing credibility and relationships with over 1000 institutional shareowners portfolio managers buy andsell sideresearchanalysts on Wall Street and thousands offinancial institutionsaround the world.

As anInvestor RelationsManagerat Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with the investment community. You will report directly to our Vice PresidentInvestor Relationsand work out of our Charlotte NC global headquarters.

Success in this high profile highly visible and highlynimbledepartment includes the ability to: effectively communicate company strategy; monitor and interpret market dynamics macroeconomic indicators and peer data; analyze Honeywell businesses performance drivers and financial results; understand capital/equity markets and drivers ofequity valuation; and integrate multiple inputs to interpret and provide feedback to management on investor sentiment and factors impacting Honeywells share price.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain relationships with analysts institutional investors and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare and review investor presentations earnings releases and other investor communications.
• Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and investor sentiment to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate and facilitate investor events including earnings calls investor conferences and roadshows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including SEC filings and disclosure obligations.
• Work with cross-functional teams includingfinance legal and communications to aligninvestor relationsactivities with overall business objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in progressivefinanceroles

WE VALUE

• Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Economics or comparable field; MBA and/or CFA preferred
• Proven experience ininvestor relationscapital marketsfinancial analysis or related roles.
• Strong understanding offinancial marketsaccountingethics and SEC regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors analysts and other key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail when working with complexfinancial data.
• Self-motivated individuals able to achieve results in a high profile high-intensity environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
