Givens Aldersgate is looking for a PRN (as needed) Receptionist who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to residents and this role you will be responsible for greeting residents and visitors answering and directing phone calls and maintain a congenial environment for residents family members visitors and staff.
- Schedule/ Availability:
- Weekends: 9 am to 6 pm
- Weekdays: 8 am to 4:30 pm
What youll do:
- Greet identify and direct all visitors to proper departments resident accommodation etc.
- Serve as an information resource person to visitors staff and residents answering or routing questions to appropriate departments explaining procedures etc.
- Answer screen and transfer telephone calls. Take and relay messages as necessary.
- Operate the public address system for paging and announcements.
- Keep reception desk and lobby area neat and orderly in order to provide a positive impression on those passing through the area.
What youll need
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience preferred
Compensation: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.
