The Department of Government at The University of Texas at Austin invites applications for a tenure-track position in International Relations at the rank of Assistant Professor. The search is open to scholars working in any specialty within the field of International Relations.
Duties will include undergraduate and graduate teaching research and service to the Department the College of Liberal Arts and the University.

Applicants must have completed all the requirements for the Ph.D. by the time of appointment or expect to obtain the Ph.D. within a year of joining the faculty as Instructor. Preferred qualifications include a strong record of research and a trajectory that shows or promises teaching excellence.
