Job Overview
Are you interested in capital markets and rule-based equity investment strategies Do you follow the latest trends and developments in the area of indexing exchange-traded funds (ETFs) or structured products You like to work with numbers as well as on rules-based investment strategies Then you will very likely fit into our team!
Your Tasks
- Developing innovative equity index methodologies together with our reputable global client base
- Taking part in the daily business of the Equity Index Structuring team
- Developing historical performance simulations (back-testing) for defined investment strategies
- Implementation of selection methodologies for financial indices using Python
- Active involvement throughout the index structuring process
- Drafting index guidelines and supporting documents/analysis
- Supporting structurers with client requests and interaction
Your Profile
- Enrolled student in Economics Finance Mathematics Engineering or comparable programs
- Interest in the stock market and financial data
- Programming skills in Python are essential
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Independent and structured working style
- Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills in English
- Ideally available for 6 months starting in early 2026
