Auxiliar de Mantenimiento
En qué consiste este trabajo:
Como Técnico de Mantenimiento en JLL serás responsable de garantizar el funcionamiento óptimo de los sistemas e infraestructura de propiedades comerciales de clase mundial. Tu experiencia técnica será fundamental para mantener los más altos estándares de calidad y eficiencia operativa contribuyendo directamente a la excelencia en servicios de facility management que distingue a JLL como líder global en bienes raíces comerciales. Esta posición te ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar con tecnologías avanzadas y formar parte de un equipo comprometido con la innovación y la sostenibilidad.
Cómo será tu día a día:
Auxiliar en:
Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en propiedades comerciales (oficinas retail industrial)
Ejecutar reparaciones menores de plomería electricidad carpintería y pintura
Requisitos Obligatorios:
Conocimientos básicos de cerrajería carpintería y herrería.
Experiencia en pintura y acabados en general.
Cambio de lámparas y accesorios.
Movimiento de cajas mobiliario materiales en gral. en el interior del sitio.
Documentación de actividades recolección de evidencias y registro de bitácoras.
Ensamble/desensamble de mobiliario.
Apoyo para actividades correctivas y preventivas de FM (Hard y Soft).
Desazolve de drenajes limpieza de trampas de grasa.

Horarios:
- 1.- L-V: 7:00 am 4:30 pm
- 2.- L-V: 8:00 am 5:30 pm
- 3.- L-V: 12:00 pm 9:30 pm
