DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises Inc. is recruiting to fill a Systems Architect/Network Engineer - Principal (CNO) position in support of USSOCOM.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

• Designs evaluates plans tests and operates electrical electronic mechanical and/or computer components equipment and systems.
• Prepares and presents classroom lectures conducts practical laboratory exercises and tutoring and skills testing.
• Provides assistance with maintenance updating fabrication preparation and implementation of training aids and training equipment.
• Provides TSCM expertise deployment planning and execution of TSCM missions both CONUS and OCONUS.
• Conducts full range of complex and sensitive technical operations.
• Provides expertise in detecting and nullifying a wide variety of technologies used to obtain unauthorized access to classified information isolate threats and educates peers and leadership regarding such threats.
• Provides mobile training technical advisement and assistance on all aspects of TSCM and Technical Threat Awareness providing research services and advising program office personnel on national and international developments in commercial state-of-the-art technical security technology.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Certification by the Inter-agency Training Center (ITC) in the conduct of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) is required.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors degree.
• Minimum 10 years experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: This is a normal office working environment.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 20%.
