In this role you will impact the efficiency and quality of our assembly processes ensuring that we deliver superior products that enhance the safety and performance of aircraft globally.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble components and subassemblies according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Interpret assembly drawings and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly processes.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections on assembled products to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience in assembly processes with a strong understanding of assembly techniques and equipment.
  • Expertise in interpreting assembly drawings and work instructions accurately.
  • Ability to perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
  • Experience with hand tools and assembly equipment.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in an assembly environment

WE VALUE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • 3 years of experience in an assembly role preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a culture of safety and quality.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
