PA/NP - Ambulatory Cardiology - Grand Rapids & Greenville Michigan

Join our growing Corewell Health Cardiovascular Medicine team! Were seeking a full-time highly motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to provide exceptional outpatient cardiovascular care at our Bradford and Greenville clinic locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring individual who is passionate about heart health and eager to grow their skills within a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate has experience in providing cardiovascular clinical care.

The APP will partner with our physicians and care team to manage a variety of cardiovascular conditions emphasizing quality compassion and patient-centered care.

Outpatient only no weekends holidays or call responsibilities.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner:

RequiredMasters DegreeNurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a masters post-masters or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission

3 years of relevant experience current relevant clinical experience

Previousexperience functioning in a collaborative roleas a Nurse Practitioner
