Location: North Providence RI 02904
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $55$59/hour

Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to support an Inpatient Rehabilitation unit. The PT will evaluate and treat patients recovering from surgeries injuries neurological events and complex medical conditions. The role focuses on restoring mobility improving strength and maximizing functional independence in a collaborative patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions (strengthening gait training balance training functional mobility manual therapy).
Assist patients with transfers bed mobility ambulation and ADLs.
Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (nursing physicians OT SLP case management).
Educate patients and families on home programs safety and discharge readiness.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and uphold compliance standards.

Qualifications:

DPT Masters or Bachelors in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active unrestricted Physical Therapist license (state).
Current BLS/CPR certification.
