What Youll Do

  • Drive new business growthby identifying engaging and converting SMB prospects into loyal customers
  • Collaborate closelywith Business Development Partner Development Marketing teams and our partner community to build and nurture a strong sales pipeline
  • Stay ahead of industry trendsand continuously adapt your approach in our fast-paced ever-evolving sales environment
  • Leverage a team-oriented culture contributing ideas and sharing best practices to foster innovation and collective success
  • Consistently achieve and exceedmonthly quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Deliver compelling sales presentationsand expertly navigate the customer buying process involving multiple stakeholders
  • Maintain a keen focus on the bigger picture aligning your efforts with company-wide objectives and long-term growth
  • Embrace continuous learning and professional developmentopportunities provided by our supportive company culture

What Youll Bring:

  • Experiencein IT or SaaS sales
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed new business sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience working with or selling through channel partners (a plus)
  • Deep understanding of the customer buying process involving multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills including the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Results-driven team player who thrives in a high-performance dynamic environment
  • Flexibility for hybrid-working in our Mississauga office

The CAN OTE range for this position is 00 CAD benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire on-target earnings for this position. This position may also be eligible for other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
