Were currently looking for a Swing Drivera flexible skilled professional who can operate across all lines of our hauling business: Roll-Off Rear Load Front Load and more. This is a key role that supports multiple routes and helps ensure smooth operations across our service areas.

What Youll Do:

As a Swing Driver youll be trained and expected to cover various truck types and routes including:

Roll-Off: Hauling large containers from commercial industrial and residential sites.
Rear Load: Residential and small commercial waste collection.
Front Load: Commercial waste pickup using front-loading trucks.
Other hauling operations as needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

Safely operating different types of garbage trucks on assigned routes.
Reading and following route sheets or dispatcher instructions.
Performing pre- and post-trip inspections (fluids tires safety equipment).
Interacting professionally and courteously with customers.
Assisting with other duties as assigned to support the team.

What We Need From You:

Valid Class A or B CDL with no automatic transmission restrictions.
Clean driving record.
Minimum 1 year of local route driving experience.
Ability to adapt quickly to different vehicle types and route demands.
Commitment to safety and customer service.
