Based in our Shakopee MN location you willbe a member of a collaborative product development group. You will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate activities with global technical teams to develop wireless infrastructure products and software applications that industrial customers use around the world.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Effectively coordinate team activities and provide leadership to the project team.
• Be responsible for delivering on the overall scope objectives schedule and budget of the project and ensuring that customer and company quality requirements are satisfied.
• Identify prioritize and mitigate projectrisks and work with the team to create mitigation strategies
• Ensure team performance by leading mentoring training motivating and celebrating.
• Provide timely communication to stakeholders that include project updates and gate review presentations
• Participate in process improvement teams

• BS Engineering or related technical discipline

• Minimum 6-8 years related experience

• Willingness to occasionally meet with global team members on off hours

• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• PMI certification
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Azure Dev Ops
• Experience leading engineering project teams that developed new products
• Engineering experience designing new products
• Experience using Agile (Scrum Kanban SAFe etc.)
• Knowledge and use of NPD phase gate process
• Experience working with international teams
• Demonstrated use of Microsoft Applications (Word PP Excel)
• Excellent facilitation and persuasion skills
• Excellent presentation skills.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $85000-$120000annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
