Job Summary
Louis Dreyfus Company is accelerating its digital transformation through the Finance Innovation & Processes (FIP) team a global and regional function that partners with Treasury departments to drive operational excellence and lead strategic change. As part of this journey were looking for a Junior Global Business Process Owner (BPO) in Cash Management to join our Treasury & Global Markets team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about financial and treasury systems processes optimization with a global scope (all LDC countries).
What Youll Be Responsible For
Transformation
- Develop and maintain a clean and robust operating model that supports the goals of the Treasury function (master data integration with other systems payment model).
- Ensure alignment with the core model in collaboration with support and business teams.
- Leverage tools like Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERP to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy (LDC tools: QUANTUM TRAX Kyriba SAP and PowerBI).
Process Optimization
- Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
- Support ongoing operations and ensure data quality on systems.
Project
- Participate to project phases (Kyriba for instance) from business discovery through go-live including testing training and stakeholder communication.
Scope
- Business Domains: Cash Management and Payments Bank Reporting (bank statements cash usage kpi on payments) Financing.
- Systems: TMS: QUANTUM / TRAX / Kyriba. (others: SAP PowerBI)
- Global: Six regionsEurope Middle East Africa South-East Asia North Asia South Latam North Latam North America
What You Bring
- Proven experience in Treasury operations process design or financial systems implementation.
- Strong curiosity and rigor.
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and drive changes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information and translate it into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Systems
Qualifications :
- Master degree in Finance (specialty in Treasury is a plus) or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance transformation treasury operations or system implementation.
- Fluent in English French is a plus
