Working Student IT Support (mwd)

Our IT Team takes great responsibility for our whole company. We are supporting all colleagues whenever they seek guidance for IT-related questions. The team is always keen on automating as many processes as possible constantly working on improving our diversified infrastructure.

We take pride in fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment and we are currently seeking a talented IT Support Working Student (m/f/d) to join our team.

What you will do:

• Assist in the setup configuration and maintenance of laptops and other IT equipment.
• Provide first-level technical support to employees addressing hardware and software issues.
• Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
   

Who you are: 

• Currently enrolled as a working student in a relevant IT or Computer Science program.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems is a plus.
