As our Client Enablement Manager at UpMetrics you will lead our Education Services team and drive the strategy development and delivery of comprehensive training programs that empower clients to maximize their use of our platform. You will be a hands-on leader who excels at both delivering engaging trainingsthrough webinars in-person workshops and video contentand building a scalable education function that accelerates client success. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape a critical function at UpMetrics while directly empowering mission-driven organizationsfrom nonprofits to grantmakers to impact investorsto achieve greater social and environmental impact by operationalizing the UpMetrics platform.
This position is full-time and remote with occasional travel for partner meetings client trainings or internal events.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Education Services team within the Client Success department with a mandate for future team growth.
- Define and execute the Education Services strategy and roadmap establishing this as a core function that drives client adoption and success.
- Personally deliver high-impact training sessions to clients through multiple formats including webinars in-person group trainings recorded video content and other educational channels.
- Design facilitate and manage a comprehensive training curriculum for the entire client lifecycle including managing the training calendar and serving as the primary resource for new client onboarding.
- Develop and deliver training content covering both impact reporting best practices as well as technical platform capabilities including data analytics visualization and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Client Enablement Content Lead to adapt and refine core content into engaging training materials for various audiences and learning formats.
- Establish a continuous feedback loop by proactively engaging with clients and internal teams to identify learning needs and inform the training roadmap.
- Measure analyze and report to stakeholders on the effectiveness of training programs using data to continuously improve learning outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Client Success Sales and Product teams to align training initiatives with customer needs and broader business objectives.

Compensation & Benefits
- $115000 - $140000 annual salary based on experience
