What youll do

• Youre the face of our guests experience and you bring your own flavour to the(ir) table.
• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Make sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave theyre having a great time.
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items ingredients and pricing
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests leave.
• Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily.

• Passion for hospitality youre all about creating memorable experiences for others be they guests or colleagues.  
• Fluent in English good German knowledge additional languages will be highly valuable.

• A people person great at building and nurturing long lasting relationships.
