Purpose of Position
This is a part-time non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Will be digitizing paper records and providing administrative support for the SMHS Academic Affairs Office.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Digitize Records: Review and organize documents within records. Scan documents individually and name accordingly. Convert documents into appropriate format.
- Administrative Support: Assist with projects/events as directed. Operate standard office equipment. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated experience using a computer
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and software.
- Strong typing and proofreading skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
In compliance with federal law all persons hired will be required to verify identityand eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least six months of experience in an office setting.
- Experience scanning documents.
