You will play a key role in architecting solutions that not only enhance operational efficiency but also contribute to safer more fuel-efficient aircrafts. Your role will involve migrating developing and enhancing scalable microservices-oriented applications that drive best-in-class services including the Performance and Maintenance Recommendations Operational Planning Services Asset Tracking Solutions Advanced Network Controls etc.

This is a hybrid role 3 days at the office 2 days work from home model.

Honeywell Aerospace products and services are used on virtuallyeverycommercial defense and aircraft engines cockpit andcabin electronics wireless connectivitysystems mechanical components. Ourhardware and software solutions help create morefuel-efficient aircraft more direct and on-timeflights and safer skies.

Safer More Fuel-Efficient Flying and Innovations for the Future of Aviation.

• Legacy Application Migration: Re-architect and transform monolithic applications into scalable microservices ensuring seamless transitions.
• Cloud-Native Development: Design and build scalable systems utilizing microservices architecture. Deploy applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes. Develop APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data exchanges.
• Data Management: Architect secure data management solutions with an emphasis on compliance and data security standards within a zero-trust framework using PostgreSQL and SQL Server as well as NoSQL databases.
• Automation: Develop CI/CD pipelines to assure high availability and rapid deployment of features.
• Collaboration: Work closely with systems engineers data scientists and cloud architects to align on project objectives facilitating a collaborative work environment.

• University education majoring in Computer Science Engineering Applied Mathematics or related fields.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in at least one of the following technologies: Java Spring Boot NextJS C# .NET PHP Python ReactJS TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with database management systems and data platforms such as Kafka Teradata Hadoop or similar.
• A strong collaborative approach with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
