Description

As a Lead Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. You will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks that support our executive team and overall office operations. Your organizational skills attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities will be essential in maintaining an efficient and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Scheduling and dispatching technicians to clients within our CRM
  • Answering emails and calls from clients and technicians in order to organize visits and resolve issues (non-technical)
  • Organizing and following up on administrative tasks for the team

Key skills and qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
