This leadership position is hands-on and does and will be focused on the overall experience of our guests and clients. This management position is responsible for all parts operation which includes both the employee experience as well as the experience for our clients and is responsible for running a successful operation which includes the development of talent and the overall production and profitability of the department.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all employees follow assigned work schedules and comply with absenteeism reporting and tardiness policies.
- Forecast department goals and objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Hire train motivate counsel and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers professionally and accurately.
- Supervise stock order procedures and verify timely accurate fulfillment.
- Ensure incoming inventory is properly received documented and stocked in designated locations.
- Maintain a clean organized and fully accountable parts departmentphysically and financiallyby enforcing strict inventory controls and reconciliation processes.
- Monitor inventory health daily to prevent overstock shortages and discrepancies that could impact profitability and compliance.
- Accurately price parts and accessories using approved sources and keep the computer system current.
- Enforce all safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
- Drive accountability across the team for inventory accuracy loss prevention and adherence to audit standards.
- Analyze inventory reports and implement corrective actions proactively to sustain balanced stock levels and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- At least three years of related experience in an automotive parts management position REQUIRED
- Two or more years of sales experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
