Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a driven Pursuit Leader to join our Mobility Global Business Area (GBA) in this exciting role you will take ownership of in-country Mobility pursuits valued at less than $1 million guiding them from inception through to successful completion. You will be responsible for developing compelling client-focused proposals preparing for shortlist interviews and managing all pursuit close-out activities.

Collaborating closely with the Mobility Canada Pursuit Director Business Area Sales Lead sector leaders account leaders and core pursuit team members you will work to maximize the value we deliver to both our pursuits and our clients. Your leadership and expertise will be critical in ensuring that every pursuit not only meets but exceeds client expectationsdriving growth and reinforcing Arcadis reputation as a trusted leader in the transportation and mobility sector.

Role accountabilities:

In this role you will take center stage as the leader of pursuit teams driving critical discussions and crafting winning commercial strategies that set our proposals apart. Youll have the opportunity to author compelling technical content expertly tailored to each clients unique requirements and aligned with our strategic vision for success. Your creativity and leadership will be essential in positioning our solutions to not just meet but exceed client expectations.

Youll also play a key role in shaping our project pursuits by developing and managing budgets with precision ensuring every resource is maximized for impact. Leveraging tools like Oracle Sales Cloud and the pursuit Collaboration Hub you will keep our teams seamlessly connected and informed. At every step youll champion commercial excellence and maintain the highest standards throughout the pursuit process.

In this role youll be a catalyst for continuous improvement capturing invaluable lessons learned identifying new opportunities and refining our approach to stay ahead of the competition. Youll collaborate closely with finance and legal teams as well as partner with Account Leaders to create meaningful client interactions. By participating in debriefs and sharing insights across pursuits youll help elevate our collective performance and drive our success to new heights.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven track record in project managing pursuits for linear infrastructure and transportation engineering and planning projects including the development of differentiated offerings aligned with the win strategy and the creation of outcome-focused value propositions tailored to each pursuit enhancing the client experience
• Demonstrated expertise in crafting project delivery models that are future-proof and sustainable considering both global and local perspectives to ensure resilience and adaptability in complex transportation and infrastructure environments
• Strong ability to indirectly influence and coordinate internal stakeholders with a readiness to challenge team members constructively to optimize pursuit outcomes and drive innovation across multidisciplinary teams
• Creative innovative and client-facing out-of-the-box thinker recognized as an effective connector within the organization and known for delivering novel solutions to meet the evolving needs of transportation infrastructure clients
