Hourly salary of $42/hour after successful completion of six month introductory period.
Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a PRNDental Hygienistto join our team at East MolineCorrectional Centerin East Moline Illinois.
The Dental Hygienist performs oral hygiene treatment for offenders to include prophylaxis curettage and other hygienist procedures in a correctional setting.
Essential Duties:
Operating radiographic equipment to obtain dental radiographs of patients
Maintaining patient dental records
Completing required reports/paperwork
Providing personal oral hygiene education and instruction individually or in a group setting
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Successful completion of a dental hygiene program required
Dental Hygienist license or ability to obtain license required
Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
