Our Bordertown Branch has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the team as Branch Manager. This key leadership role is based at an established branch entering an exciting phase of growth. As Branch Manager youll lead the team to deliver on the branch business plan and ensure the expectations of all stakeholders owners customers and employees are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth profitability and market share.
Execute the business plan and achieve financial performance goals including sales targets budgets and cost control.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers resolving any elevated issues promptly.
Lead motivate and develop your team through clear communication and engagement.
Collaborate with other branch managers and business areas to implement best practices and consistent processes.
Plan and deliver successful marketing activities and events.
Maintain a safe healthy and positive workplace environment.

About You:

Proven success in leading and motivating a team.
Strong commercial and financial acumen ideally gained in retail agricultural or mechanical industries.
Excellent sales focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Strong analytical planning problem-solving and communication skills.
