Work Schedule:

100% FTE day/eve shift Monday-Friday / 8:00am-5:00pm / Rotating weekends / Rotating holidays. Your primary work location will be 2550 Charles St Rockford IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening night and weekend shift differential

Qualifications

Graduate from an approved licensed practical school of nursing. Required

Work Experience

Licenses & Certifications

Current LPN license to practice in the State of Illinois. Required
Bi-Annual CPR certification. Required
