Job Summary
Position Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Firmware Engineer to join Honeywell Tianjin R&D team contributing to the development of industry automation products. This role will focus on embedded firmware design optimization and deliverables. The position requires close collaboration with global team and participation in cross-border technical coordination and validation.

Responsibilities

- Get deep understanding about business case scope requirement architecture design etc.
- Break down and prioritize features into well-estimated tasks.
- Collaborate with hardware testing and mechanical engineers to drive cross-functional project delivery.
- Prepare and review technical documentation test plans and user manuals to support product lifecycle management.

Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor/masters degree in automation electronics information computer science software or equivalent
- 5 years of experience
Qualifications

- 自动化电子信息计算机软件或相关专业的本科/硕士学位
- 五年以上相关工作经验
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in embedded firmware development embedded C or C.
- Experience with Bare-metal development or embedded operating systems of Linux.
- Experience with industry communication standards (Modbus OPC UA Ethernet/IP etc.) is plus.
- Experience with communication standards (SPI I2C UART RS-232/485 Ethernet USB etc.)
- Workable English communication capability and collaborative skills
知识与技能
- 有嵌入式固件开发经验熟悉嵌入式 C或 C
- 熟悉裸机开发或嵌入式 Linux操作系统
- 熟悉工业通信标准如 ModbusOPC UAEthernet/IP等者优先
