What Youll Be Doing

Join our passionate team at the Underwood QLD Dulux Trade Centre as our next Store Manager where youll not only lead day-to-day operations but also be empowered to grow your career within a business that values development and internal progression.

  • Managing store financials KPIs and inventory
  • Leading and developing your team to achieve sales targets
  • Championing outstanding customer service
  • Building strong relationships with our Dulux Field Sales team to drive growth

As Store Manager youll be at the heart of our stores successdriving performance leading a close-knit team and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Youll take ownership of the store as if it were your own with the support of a respected brand and a collaborative network.
