Tax Manager Cleveland OH $110K-$140K Bonus URGENT HIRE

What Youll Do:
- Build strong internal relationships and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
- Deliver an exceptional wow experience to every client
- Manage preparation of diverse individual corporate and entity tax returns
- Conduct sophisticated tax research for complex client situations
- Provide leadership direction and mentorship to associates on your team
- Develop talent by coaching associates to reach their career goals
- Participate in business development activities and generate new client opportunities
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to introduce other firm specialists to clients
- Make a meaningful impact in the community
What You Bring:
- 6 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry
- CPA license required (MST a plus)
- Outstanding client service and communication skills
- Passion for developing unique business solutions in a team environment
- Strong coaching abilities and enthusiasm for developing others
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with out-of-the-box thinking

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $110000 - $140000 (based on experience)
- Performance bonus: 3-10%
- 3 weeks PTO
