JOB SUMMARY

This position cleans and sanitizes HVAC duct systems.

JOB DUTIES

Duct Cleaning (Primary Role)
- Lead residential duct cleaning jobs from start to finish.
- Operate duct cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect duct systems for cleanliness leaks and other issues requiring repair.
- Educate customers on the condition of their duct system and recommended services.
- Maintain equipment tools and vehicles in a clean condition.
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold company professionalism at all times.
HVAC Maintenance (Secondary Role)
- Perform routine HVAC system maintenance tune-ups and inspections.
- Replace filters clean coils inspect components and perform basic diagnostic checks.
- Document findings recommendations and maintenance reports.
- Assist senior technicians when required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
Must be a self-motivated self-started results-driven individual
Must be detail-oriented and well-organized
Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
Clean driving record
