DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Engineering Technician to support the development testing and troubleshooting of aerospace electronic systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers to perform bench-level debugging repairs and modifications to electronic assemblies and test setups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and wants to grow in a high-reliability aerospace environment.
You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and youll work out of our Phoenix AZ location.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Perform bench-level debugging and fault isolation on electronic hardware test fixtures and prototypes.
- Repair and rework printed circuit boards (PCBs) harnesses and subassemblies.
- Use multimeters logic analyzers and power supplies to support testing and troubleshooting.
- Assemble and wire test fixtures harnesses and connectors per engineering drawings and schematics.
QualificationsQualifications Required:
- High School diploma with equivalent military or technical experience.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics wiring diagrams and engineering drawings.

- Associate degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering Technology or related field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
