Job Summary
As an Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.
In this role you will impact the efficiency productivity and safety of our customers operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers
- Provide advanced technical support and expertise for IA solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful solution implementation
- Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
- Stay updated with industry trends and provide improvement recommendations

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering with a focus on complex technical solutions
- Experience with Honeywell DCS systems or any other similar systems PLCs and controls
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in project management and execution
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
