Job Summary

This position encompasses a range of responsibilities including cleaning organizing and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout an establishment. Housekeepers are integral in creating a positive experience for our residents significantly contributing to the overall reputation of our complex.

Duties:

Cleans the leasing office clubhouse and common-area restrooms the model(s) amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.
Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day.
Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products monitor and report on the inventory of supplies and ensure safe and proper use of cleaning equipment
Other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning or housekeeping in residential settings experience preferred but not required.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Physical stamina to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active for extended periods.
Strong communication and ability to follow instructions.
