Adjunct Faculty Phlebotomy
Online (This is a Virtual Position)
Description: BSC seeking an Adjunct instructor to teach the online Phlebotomy Technician (Didactic) course.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in any of the following or closely related disciplines: Biology Anatomy Physiology Nursing.
- Experience in a health care discipline providing care or service directly to patients OR possess a current Phlebotomy and/or Patient Care Technician Certification.
Preferred Requirements:
- Qualified candidate will possess a Masters degree in any of the following or closely related disciplines: Biology Anatomy Physiology Nursing or a Doctorate in Medicine or Chiropractic
- Experience in a health care discipline providing care or service directly to patients OR possess a current Phlebotomy and/or Patient Care Technician Certification.
- Online teaching experience.

SALARY:â
This position is paid by the course with a range from $1300 - $2000 per course. Associates sign a contract at the beginning of each course outlining the length meeting frequency and total compensation. ââ

The selected candidates actual base pay for this role will take into account a wide range of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. At Bryant & Stratton College it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Information about the total compensation package for this position will be provided during the interview process.â
