Job Summary
BrightStar Care of Honolulu is hiring compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (PRN) to provide one-on-one in-home care across Ewa Beach and Honolulu.

Your Responsibilities
Provide compassionate professional nursing care according to each clients individualized Plan of Care
Monitor client health status and promptly report changes to the supervising RN
Administer medications and treatments as assigned
Document all care provided using electronic mobile-based charting
Communicate effectively with clients families and the care team
Requirements
Current unrestrictedHawaii LPN license
BLS Certification and negative TB test or chest X-ray
At least1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)
Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist clients safely
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Wound Care G-Tube Tracheostomy Bowel Programs Geriatrics Rehab Home Health and Medical-Surgical experience.
Pay: $35$60 per visit (depending on assignment type)
Job Types: PRN Per Diem
