Intern – Global Real Estate Data Analyst

We have an opportunity to join our Real Estate team in Prague. The real estate organization consists of an extremely strong team with a mandate from the Corporation; a solid foundation in place that includes industry-leading processes and tools; and an incomparable real estate analytics platform.

This paid role is part of our University Relations program designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience mentorship and opportunities for growth within Honeywell.

• Assist in gathering and compiling data related to the leases database property management data.
• Conduct quantitative analyses to identify risks to the Honeywell operations.
• Collaborate with Real Estate Managers to prepare reports and presentations effectively communicating findings to stakeholders in English.
• Stay updated on industry trends market changes and emerging technologies impacting the real estate sector.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

• University student currently pursuing a degree in Finance Real Estate Economics Data Analytics Civil Engineering or another related field. Interest in commercial real estate industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerBI and other data analysis tools (e.g. SQL Python R) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
